Should you choose to refuse any techzplaza shipments, you'll be responsible for both the original shipping charges and the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your tracking shows delivery but the package hasn't reached you, please contact your postal service directly. techzplaza cannot be held liable for packages marked as delivered and won't provide refunds in such cases.
